| Ruth Shelton |
Ruth Shelton is a Consulting Herbalist, who graduated from
Clayton College of Natural Health with honors. Ruth has taken the
opportunity as a stay at home Mom to study and practice her new
skills. Her children's lives have been filled with a variety of
natural health practices including Herbalism and Homeopathy. She is
passionate in her belief that everyone will have Holistic Health
care in the future.

| Fay Campbell | Fay Campbell has been entertaining family and friends with her vegetarian delights for years. Originally from the Boston/NY/NJ area, this re-potted Yankee is deeply into organic gardening and creative cooking. Her private catering service "It's A Wrap!" came about as a result of friends asking her to "make healthy sandwiches for them." In addition to her culinary abilities, she's an avid dance gypsy - teaching folk dance and whirling at contra dances. |
| Janet Powell | Janet Powell is a culinary educator who enjoys the art of cooking and teaching. She is a resident of Oak Ridge, Tn. and is employed at Methodist Medical Center as a Registered Dietetic Technician. Janet finds cooking with herbs to be an exciting adventure. She also teaches for the Cardiopulmonary Rehab program at MMC. She has been teaching in the Knoxville area for over 10 years. |
| Rachel L. Hurst, BA, RMT, CCA, CRT |
Rachel received her Reiki
Master/Teacher certification in 2002. She has been practicing Reiki
for seven years and teaching for five. She began studying aroma
therapy & essential oils in 2003 and in 2007 became is one of an
exclusive group to receive certification in Clinical Aroma therapy
(CCA). Rachel also has a BA in Psychology from the University of
Tennessee. She has studied extensively how the mind affects one's
health.

| Tammy Price |
Tammy Price is a native of East Tennessee and has been studying herbs and aromatherapy for 12 years through various local classes and home study. She currently works as a professional nanny in Maryville, TN. She has taught local aromatherapy classes to home school groups, beauty schools, and women’s organizations just to name a few, in the Knoxville area. Tammy loves being a part of the aromatherapy experience as others learn the art of mixing and using essential oils. |
| Lee Templeton | Lee Templeton has been a gardener for over 30 years. She recently completed an eight month apprenticeship and adjunct herb class series at the Blue Ridge School of Herbal Medicine in Asheville, NC. At Eagle Feather Farm in Madison County, NC, Lee was also an apprentice, learning to grow wild ginseng, golden seal, and other medicinal herbs in the mountains. Her formal education and experience includes a Masters Degree in Nutrition and twenty years of nutrition teaching and counseling. Lee's other interests are hiking, camping, and studying human spiritual evolution. She has been the gardener at Erin’s Meadow Herb Farm for 2 years. |
| Kevin Weeks | Kevin Weeks is a Personal Chef providing hand-crafted meals to clients in the Knoxville area. He specializes in cooking with a Mediterranean accent, filling plates with the flavors of Spain, France, Italy and Greece. | Teri Gergen | Teri Gergen is the owner of Woolly Bugger farm Soaps. Woolly Bugger Farm is her home in Wartburg Tn. Teri started her soap business in 1997. | Joni Lovegrove | Joni Lovegrove is a local artist living in Oak Ridge, TN. She has given lectures throughout east Tennessee at numerous facilities requesting Native American stories and historical and cultural information. Being a native of east Tennessee with Cherokee ancestry, Joni’s enthusiasm for nature and the Cherokee culture is apparent within her artwork, storytelling and teaching. |

Peggy Merritt is a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Master Herbalist, and Nutritional Consultant. She is the owner of Course to Eden Holistic Health Care in Knoxville. She is also a licensed private investigator who works medical malpractice and environmental cases, concentrating her focus in environmental/herb/nutrient/drug interactions. Ellen Hitchcock is a workshop/retreat
facilitator whose teachings focus on the assimilation and
incorporation of multi-cultural wisdoms for personal and
professional growth. She is founder and director of the Center for
Well-Being which is committed to bringing various educational and
spiritual programs to the community.
Ellen Hitchcock has studied extensively with award winning anthropologist, Angeles Arrien, Ph.D. on personal and professional workshop development, conflict resolution, and multi-cultural practices.She is certified in the Usui System of Reiki Natural Healing. Ellen incorporates her training to assist clients in bridging their personal and professional lives with authenticity and sufficiency as they move forward in full manifestation of their life dreams.

| Monica P. Castaneda | Monica P. Castaneda holds a degree in Architecture from the Central University of Ecuador, her country of birth. Her interest in Feng Shui led her to study the principles behind the art in order to adapt it to the needs and belief systems of the Western culture, with the aid of Dr. Susana Kronfeld, a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Dr. Silvia DiSanto, an expert in symbolic psychology. Castaneda developed the Nine Steps to Feng Shui® System, which uses the basic principles of universal aw to define a set of actions to follow in the practice. It is easy to learn and apply. She offers both Feng Shui Certification classes, for those who are seeking in depth knowledge, and Space Arrangement classes, for those who want to learn only the “common sense” part of Feng Shui applied to every room in the home. |

Mary Beth Robinson is a Plant Spirit Medicine practitioner as well as a professional interior designer. Mary Beth considers her life work of healing with plant spirits to be an extension of her creative practice of interior design (which includes over 25 years of professional practice and university teaching). She considers Plant Spirit Medicine “the ultimate interior design” because of its ability to completely reshape the human spirit. She enjoys sharing her love of nature with others by conducting workshops that draw on North American Indian and other indigenous traditions.
