 “Making Herbal Dream Pillows”
Dream Pillows are considered a form of aromatherapy. They may make dreams more interesting! Students will learn herbal dream blends to sooth and comfort, to ease travel discomforts, keep away nightmares and more. Students may create their own herbal dream blends to take home.

March 13, Sat. 1:00 “A Natural & Herbal Approach to Sleep & Relaxation”
There are a variety of herbal alternatives to over-the-counter and prescription sedatives. Students who seek to avoid these synthetic medicines and their side affects will learn the 10 best herbs to induce sleep and relaxation; and how to use them in natural preparations.

Students will take home information & recipes, enjoy demonstrations and sample herbal preparations.

March 20, Sat. 1:00  “Baking with Herbs” 
Perfume your home with comforting, aromatic herbal baked goods. These inviting dishes can be great appetizers, perfect companions to meals, or pleasing after dinner sweets. Learn the herbs that compliment and combine with other flavors to create delicious breads, muffins, wafers, cakes, and cookies. Students will take home information & recipes, enjoy a cooking demonstration and sample herbal baked goods.

March 27, Sat. 1:00  “Zodiac Herbs”
There are 12 important herbs for each sign of the zodiac. These herbs are considered to be essential to the well-being of those born under that particular sign. In this fun and interesting study of ancient traditions students will discover their “zodiac herbs” and learn to incorporate them into their daily lives through gardening, cooking, and herbal preparations. Students will take home information & recipes, and will sample herbal preparations.
