sedatives. Students who seek to avoid these synthetic
medicines and their side affects will learn the 10 best
herbs to induce sleep and relaxation; and how to use
them in natural preparations.
Students will take home information & recipes, enjoy

each sign of the zodiac. These herbs are considered to
be essential to the well-being of those born under that
particular sign. In this fun and interesting study of
ancient traditions students will discover their “zodiac
herbs” and learn to incorporate them into their daily
lives through gardening, cooking, and herbal
preparations. Students will take home information &
recipes, and will sample herbal preparations. |
