Shrimp and Grits is one of the most famous dishes that stem from the Lowcountry.
There are many variations, but this one will become your favorite, a bed of shrimp and grits
topped with an amazing rich gravy.
Charleston’s Creamed Succotash-stuffed Acorn Squash as a side dish, one
of Charleston’s favorites.
Huguenot Torte rich with pecans and apples were brought to coastal South Carolina from the
French Huguenots. What a way to end a Low Country meal!
