Baked Cod, Mediterranean Style with Lemon Mint Orzo Pasta
Salt Roasted Shrimp
Chili Ginger Grilled Tuna with Goat Cheese Tortilla Quesadillas and Mango Lime Salsa
For dessert we will enjoy peaches while in season with a delicious Peach Cobbler Cheesecake.
