Eggs Benedict - Learn two egg preparations - poached eggs and Hollandaise Sauce. Each ingredient from the eggs to the Canadian Bacon and English Muffins are deliciously and specifically prepared. The dish is topped with fresh chopped chives to add freshness, color and flavor.
Lemon Meringue Pie - Separating the egg, using the yolk for the filling and the whites for the meringue make it creamy and delicious.
