We find it so rewarding to venture into the herb garden to harvest.
Preserving the bounty from our herb garden gives us food, medicine, and important self-sufficiency. Student will learn when, what and how much to harvest. See demonstrations on how to dry herbs, plus other ideas on storing the herbal harvest like freezing and even preserving them in vinegar. Students will enjoy demonstrations and take home an informative handout.
